Loved the egg and sausage metaphor about commitment and dedication, and that "not all sacrifice is the same". Mike and BSA centennial celebrations are a great combination. Brother Scott is definitely a winner!

Watched the speech last night. Something about the mention of his brother saving a man's life when he was sixteen made me think of the film It's A Wonderful Life. George's younger brother raises his glass and says; "To my big brother George, the richest man in town." As the story goes the age differences of younger to older is switched with the brothers Bailey to the brothers Rowe. But, I could see the connection in the expression of admiration and affection.
