I have a special connection with my high school music teacher, as well. This one really hit home for me. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of listening to this while getting the oil changed in the car. Nothing like crying at a Jiffy Lube.

I have always been a singer. Studied music, as my major, during the '70's, at Towson State College. My year of student government procured approval to and we were granted university status. I was in Mr. Terwilliger's choir. Freddie was there furthering his education, obtaining his Master's in Choral Directing. This is amazing. This is the first place I have found anyone who knew Freddie. I have gathered, from some of the articles and the posting here, that he passed away. The Earth has sure lost a positive ray of sunshine. G-d bless Freddie.
