I get that cookie message all the time. I didn't realize it had anything to do with passwords. So the "remember me" option protects your identity here, so to speak?

Not exactly, there, SweetyTweety. The "remember me" makes it so you don't have to retype your password every time you log in. The safest thing to do is NOT to do the remember me on anything. It just takes a little more time and effort cuz you gotta type it all in again.
What (I hope) Roka was referring to was that she specifically doesn't store her passwords for this or any site. That can be a choice each time or it can be set up in Internet Options by default to "not remember you" (my new "ModSam made up tech term").
Probably just confused you more with this... sorry!![]()
Not at all Sammy. Thanks for explaining it - I always type my password in, so that's perfect.
I'd rather take the extra time and be safe ya know?

Hi, guys,
It's true, I never store my passwords. I don't know if it's because I'm careful, or if it's because once stored, I'll forget what the password is...Needless, compromised accounts are way to many, yeah, that ounce of protection...you know...
