Did you create the PDF from within Word too?

You may want to try this software out. It is open source and free too.

http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator

That way you can create PDFs from more programs that just MS Word.

Are you a medical transcriptionist? Is that how you were able to listen to it and transcribe it? I have to admire your talent I don't think I could have done it. I hate it when someone gives me a name or a number over the telephone, I get such an anxiety attack, I apparently am a slow listener and never quite get it on the first shot and have to ask for it to be repeated to me.

No I am not. I run a small surgery office. Both doctors and nurses fire off names, dates, and other data at rapid speed. And it is not considered good form to ask them to repeat. Although I do all the time, I promise.
