This Dirty Jobs™ cleaning product review comes from Lisa at Planet Weidknecht.

I don’t usually put too much stock into products that claim to clean anything and everything. But I have a home daycare with eight busy preschoolers, two very active teenage boys, a husband who does lots of outdoor work, and a dog, so I’m willing to try just about any cleaning product.

Sadly, this is what the carpeting in one of my daycare rooms looks like. It’s the room where we eat and do art, so there are always wet and dirty things falling onto the carpet. Someday I might get wood laminate, but for now I just keep cleaning the carpets. It usually takes an hour of pre-treating every stain, then scrubbing it with a brush, then using the carpet cleaning machine (which was a good investment for a home daycare) and going over the carpeting a couple of times to get it clean. It’s an all day job.

Dirty Jobs Complete claims it has 101 uses. I really desperately need it to do this one…clean my carpets. According to the directions, this heavy-duty stain remover powder can be mixed with water then used in a carpet cleaner machine. So I had my husband and teenagers move all the tables and chairs out of the daycare room on Saturday so I could try it out.

I poured two cupfuls of the powder into the cleaner container and turned on the hot water. As it foamed up like a cheap beer at a frat party, I realized it would be smarter to put the water in first, then the soap. Once the suds calmed down, I finished filling it with water and hooked up my monster steam cleaner and headed to the daycare room.

I did not pre-treat any of the stains because I wanted to see what Dirty Jobs Complete can really do for my dirty job. There were a few places where the stains were really bad so I went over those spots a few extra times with the machine, but I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

Every single spot came clean on the carpeting. It took me much less time to get the job done and the carpeting looks better and brighter than I think I’ve ever seen it. I whole-heartedly recommend Dirty Jobs Complete. The clean daycare room made my other carpets look bad, so I ended up cleaning the other daycare room and the living room carpets too.

Then I made my teenage son carry up my monster cleaning machine to the game room. Can you tell where he puts his chair to play video games? Those stains you are looking at come from teenage boy shoes, feet, food, sodas, and goodness knows what else.

Dirty Jobs Complete was really going to have work hard this time. The carpeting was actually worse in the gameroom than the daycare room. I also noticed the hose inside my carpet cleaner was broken, so I had my son find some duct tape and wrap it up so I could finish cleaning. I was on a mission!

Thankfully, it all came clean. I absolutely LOVE Dirty Jobs Complete and I used up the entire container of powder getting all these carpets clean and fresh. It has a really light scent to it that I like. I can’t wait to pick up another container of it at Walmart and try out the other 100 uses!
